So it’s been over a week and I feel like I have nothing to share lol. I haven’t really practiced as much as I planned, which doesn’t surprise me. Again, I find it really hard to practice when I’m at home. I’d rather spend time with my family or friends. And if that means I don’t do as well at my band audition placement thing, oh well. I have however, composed quite a bit more than I’ve been practicing. So there’s that. Other than that, I’ve just been kinda hanging out with my siblings, whether that’s playing games or shopping with my sister and I’ve seen a friend a few times now. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the day of listening to Stray Kid’s Replay album lol. It’s been a really nice break so far. I assume this week will probably be just as uneventful, but hopefully I’ll convince myself to practice.

Then there was obviously Christmas, which I spent with my family. My family is usually pretty chill with holidays, which I like. We do do a sort of Christmas bingo thing now which is always fun. My parents also got Piper and I matching sweaters 🙂 🙂 .

There was also the big snow storm that hit Kentucky, but I don’t think it was too too bad for us, though the roads were icy. My sister still had to work, so I went with my dad to pick her up (what else was I gonna so?) so she didn’t have to endanger herself on the roads. But we ended up stopping at Barnes and Noble where I got a book I’m actually kind of excited for. It’s supposed to be like a self-help / self-care book. It’s very passive aggressive and I love it. No idea if it’ll help at all, but I assume it’ll be fun to fill out and I may share stuff on here….maybe. Sharing feelings is still pretty new to me and I can’t say that I like it LOL. If anyone is curious, it’s this book: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/i-am-f-cking-radiant-self-care-journal-da-sarac/1139457803?ean=9781728221076. Just flipping through it made me laugh.

And yeah, that’s about all. Nothing too exciting. I really should have waited to start this blog….oh well…
